Our Contemporary Worship

Our 8:30AM service offers a variety of Spirit-filled, worshipful music. At Calvary, we truly believe and teach that the Gospel of Jesus Christ really is God’s Good News to humanity! So we plan services that are positive in content and presentation. We work diligently to make sure each week is upbeat. Our praise band plays music that is inspirational and up tempo. Our presenters strive to make the messages relevant. And our community is made up of real people, who live real lives, and cope with real issues…just like you. Maybe you should stop in. This could be just the place for a person like you.

Calvary UMC is handicapped accessible on the main floor (Sanctuary) and lower level (Social Hall). Reserved parking is available, as well as appropriate restrooms on all levels of the church. To assist with your worship experience, enlarged print bulletins & hymnals are offered, as well as a hearing device, if needed. We have two wheelchairs and a walker available for use by any person requesting to use them. Finally, the lower level is accessible from the front side of the building (N. Church St.), with a certified chair lift elevator to gain access to the main Social Hall floor.
